LeapDz, an Algerian desktop software company, announced that Tajmaat AI, its virtual advisory council for strategic decisions, is completely free to use for both personal and commercial purposes. The Windows app has no subscription and no paid tier.

Tajmaat AI is inspired by Tajmaat, the traditional Algerian village assembly where matters were debated openly before they were decided. Users submit a business dilemma, and a panel of independent AI experts argues it out. Rather than a single chatbot that tends to agree with the user, the app puts competing arguments on the table and ends with a scored verdict.

"At LeapDz, we deeply believe that our country's economic development depends on the technological empowerment of its small and medium-sized businesses. That is why we made the deliberate choice to offer Tajmaat AI completely free, for personal and commercial use alike. Our only ambition is to equip every Algerian decision-maker, student and entrepreneur with a council of experts worthy of the largest firms, so that decisions rest on collective intelligence and not on chance," said Mehddi Dekkar, CEO of LeapDz.

Each session is chaired by the Amghar, who keeps the debate balanced and delivers a final ruling: a score out of 100, a risk analysis and an operational roadmap. Around the Amghar sits a college of six experts whose roles the user defines, such as financial auditor, skeptical challenger, technical architect, corporate lawyer or marketing lead. Each expert can run on a different AI model.

Key features:

- Four deliberation modes: round-robin, adversarial, Socratic and consensus-seeking

- Live web search to check arguments against facts

- More than 50 AI models from Google Gemini, Groq, Cloudflare and OpenRouter, used with the user's own free-tier keys.

- Verdict, risk matrix and debate minutes exportable to Word

- Encrypted local history of every session

- Interface in French, English and Arabic

Tajmaat AI covers three situations that business leaders face again and again: validating a new idea before committing money, resolving a complex operational problem when the obvious fixes have failed, and choosing between two mutually exclusive strategic options.

The software runs on the user's own Windows computer. Business data and API keys stay on the machine, and LeapDz operates no intermediary server. According to LeapDz, user data is never used to train third-party models.
