The platform organizes a screenplay or story outline into plot points, characters, and relationships. Each character record can hold appearance details, motivations, and what the character knows at a given point in the story. Each scene record can hold the scene’s purpose, location, props, and visual direction. XAPS also includes a verification step in which generated images, video, and audio are compared against these records, with any conflicts passed to a human reviewer for a final decision.
XAPS has been designed to coordinate with existing image, video, and voice generation services rather than replace them, and the director or producer keeps creative authority and final approval over every output. The platform is intended for independent filmmakers, production studios, animation teams, and film educators.
