Ultimate Elite Solutions finds attorney mentions vary across five AI queries

Ultimate Elite Solutions published a five-query review of Palm Beach County personal injury attorney results, finding that no firm appeared in every answer and the most frequently named firm appeared in three.

Report

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., October 20, 2026 — Ultimate Elite Solutions has published findings from an October 13 review of AI-generated answers about personal injury attorneys in Palm Beach County, Florida. The review examined how the businesses and directories named in answers differed across five questions a prospective client might ask when seeking legal representation.

No law firm appeared in all five answers. The most frequently named firm, Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath, appeared in three. The findings document differences between responses within one test conducted on one day; they do not establish how consistently any firm appears across other platforms or over time.

The five questions used the same service category and geographic area while changing the selection criteria. They asked for the best, emergency, most trusted, and best-reviewed personal injury attorney, followed by a question asking whom the user should call.

The recorded results included law firms, individual attorneys, and legal directories. Answers to the “most trusted” and “best-reviewed” questions prominently included directory names such as AVVO, Best Lawyers, and SuperLawyers. Other answers more frequently named firms or individual attorneys.

This distinction was one focus of the review: a response to a request for an attorney may direct the user toward a directory rather than identify a specific provider. The published findings distinguish the names returned by the engine from an independent assessment of those providers. The review did not evaluate legal qualifications, case results, client satisfaction, or suitability for a particular matter.

The test recorded up to six prominent names from each answer. Although each question requested ten results, the published counts describe the recorded subset rather than an exhaustive inventory of every name in the full responses. Directory naming variations also require care when distinguishing recorded labels from unique organizations.

Ultimate Elite Solutions retained the full answer text and 50 source references associated with the run. The published update includes the questions, recorded names, appearance counts, and a recording of the run so readers can examine the observations underlying the findings.

The review has methodological limitations. It covered one service category, one county, and one answer engine on a single date. The model version and whether personalization was disabled were not recorded. The results therefore cannot establish a general ranking of Palm Beach County attorneys or demonstrate that question wording alone caused the differences observed.

The published research update presents the findings and limitations together. Further testing would be needed to determine whether the same patterns recur across repeated runs, additional platforms, or other geographic markets.
