LeapDz Releases FinXplorer 5.0 and Inara 2.0 in Algeria

Summary: Algerian software publisher LeapDz has released new versions of its financial modelling and recruitment applications, expanding its desktop software catalogue for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Algiers, 12 October 2026 — LeapDz, a desktop software publisher based in Birkhadem, Algiers, has released FinXplorer 5.0 and Inara 2.0. The updates introduce changes to financial project assessment and recruitment management. Both applications are part of the company's software catalogue, alongside Tajmaat AI, a tool for structured discussions between artificial intelligence models.

FinXplorer 5.0 focuses on investment assessment

FinXplorer is designed to help businesses and financial professionals assess the viability, profitability and risks of investment projects before committing funds. According to LeapDz, the application incorporates Algeria's Financial Accounting System (SCF), local tax rules and information relevant to support programmes managed by AAPI, NESDA, CNAC and ANGEM.

Version 5.0 introduces the generation of technico-economic studies (ETEs) in accordance with Executive Decree No. 26-154, published in Official Journal No. 31 on 28 April 2026. Studies can be exported to Word, while Excel exports include formulas.

The update also adds five predefined projects recalibrated for 2026 economic conditions, support for expansion projects, a statement of changes in equity and a working capital estimate. Its financing-planning capabilities now cover multiple funding sources, including leasing, as well as dividend policy.

The application includes nine modules, among them a Monte Carlo simulation tool based on 1,000 draws. The software is intended for users involved in financial planning, investment assessment and preparation of project documentation.

Inara 2.0 updates recruitment workflows

Inara is a recruitment and human resources application covering several stages of the hiring process. Its modules include job descriptions and profiles, job postings, CV analysis, applicant tracking, interview preparation, candidate assessments, organisational structure and an AI-assisted HR function.

Version 2.0 introduces an applicant tracking system (ATS) and tools for creating and evaluating candidate assessments. These assessments cover behavioural, psychometric and management-related topics and can contain up to 60 questions. The update also adds internal job descriptions in French, English and Arabic.

The application supports several AI providers, including Gemini, OpenRouter, Groq and Ollama. The latter allows users to run supported models locally, subject to the user's hardware and software configuration. An updated assistant also lets users change AI models during a conversation.

Another feature, called “Blind Mode” by LeapDz, masks candidates' personal information during screening. The company says this is intended to support a more structured assessment process. The extent to which the feature affects recruitment outcomes has not been independently assessed.

Inara runs on 64-bit versions of Windows 10 and Windows 11.

A desktop-based software model

LeapDz says its applications are designed as desktop software and that it does not operate servers to store customer data. Under this model, information is kept on the user's computer. For features that rely on external AI services, data handling may also depend on the selected provider and configuration.

The company sells its software under licences issued per machine. It develops its applications internally rather than adapting foreign software products and says it does not undertake custom development for individual clients.

LeapDz is led by founder and chief executive officer Dekkar Mehdi. The company says its product development involves collaboration with financial auditors, experienced human resources directors and strategy consultants. It also identifies ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288:2023 and ISO/IEC/IEEE 29119-1:2022 among the standards guiding its software development processes.

Tajmaat AI completes the catalogue

The company's third application, Tajmaat AI, is designed to organise discussions among multiple AI agents. Users can configure agents by role, provider and model, then select from four discussion formats: round robin, adversarial, Socratic or consensus.

The application can incorporate live web searches into discussions and produces a scored conclusion with an action plan. Its interface is available in Arabic, French and English, and the company says data is stored locally.

Together, FinXplorer, Inara and Tajmaat AI address different use cases: financial project assessment, recruitment and human resources, and AI-supported analysis and decision-making.
