The integrations bring Hello Recruiter’s AI hiring agents directly into existing recruiting workflows. Instead of requiring recruiters to move candidates between separate systems, Hello recruiter can run as an interview stage within Greenhouse or Ashby, with candidate invitations, interviews, scoring, and structured results connected to the candidate record.
The integrations are now available in beta, with early access open to teams already using Greenhouse or Ashby.

Built for evidence, not just automation
Hello Recruiter’s approach to AI-powered hiring focuses on giving recruiters and hiring managers better evidence to make decisions.
ARIA conducts structured, role-specific interviews and returns a summary of the candidate’s performance, including skill evidence and a link to the full report. Hiring teams can then evaluate that information alongside the rest of the candidate’s application.
The integration does not replace the existing ATS workflow. Stage movement, rejection, and hiring decisions remain under the control of the recruiting team.
