AUSTIN, TEXAS — July 14, 2026 — WIV Ventures today announced its participation in a funding round for Lattice Intelligence Inc. ("Lattice"), the company building intelligent infrastructure for embedded payments. The investment will support Lattice's continued expansion of its single-integration platform, which connects businesses and software platforms to every modern payment method from cards and digital wallets to buy-now-pay-later, stablecoins, and pay-by-bank without requiring them to rebuild their existing payments stack. WIV joins a group of institutional and strategic backers supporting the company's commercial expansion.
Lattice lets platforms and merchants activate new payment providers and methods on demand, replacing the fragmented, multi-vendor integration work that typically slows down payments innovation. As new providers and technologies emerge, they become available to Lattice customers automatically through the integration they already have in place.
