The number cited in the claim referred to voter-registration applications submitted by people who already had records in the state system. Election officials said those repeat applications did not create one million additional active voter registrations. The report explained the difference between an application being processed and a duplicate voter being added to an active registration list.
The second report reviewed claims that two measles-associated deaths reported in Pennsylvania had been fabricated. Available state and county information left questions about the precise medical role measles played in the deaths. However, the unresolved medical details did not provide evidence that the deaths, patients or government records were invented. The report separated uncertainty about medical causation from allegations of fabricated records.
The third report investigated a viral landslide video described in online posts as footage from an August 2026 flood in Nepal. Buildings visible in the footage, archived news coverage and geographic comparisons placed the recording in Dharali, India, during an August 2025 disaster. The location identified through those comparisons was more than 600 kilometers from the location claimed in the viral posts.
Each report identified the original allegation, reviewed publicly available records and explained the evidence used to reach its conclusion. The articles also noted questions that could not be resolved using the information available at publication.
The three reports address separate subjects but use the same review process: locate the original claim, identify its source, compare it against government records or archived reporting and disclose any remaining uncertainty.
