BANGKOK, August 14, 2026 — The Yool Lab Korea, Edugo Planet Co., Ltd., and Neurolink AI Co., Ltd. formalized a trilateral Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Friday at the School of Management, University of Phayao (Bangkok Campus, Witthayu Road) to initiate joint cross-border research and commercial projects across the ASEAN market.
The official signing was conducted by representatives of all three organizations, including Dr. Hwang Byung Yool, Founder of The Yool Lab Korea; Mr. Lee Kyung Ho; Mr. Watthanasakon Rakpathum, Co-Founder of Edugo Planet Thailand and Vietnam; Mr. Paranu Chaidilok, Chief Executive Officer of Neurolink AI Co., Ltd.; Mr. Bulakorn Suwanmalai; and Mr. Arnon Puengpanwuth.
Under the framework of the agreement, the organizations will combine operational resources to develop initiatives in four designated sectors: healthcare, medical artificial intelligence, biotechnology, and educational technology.
As part of the trilateral arrangement, The Yool Lab Korea will contribute clinical protocols, medical skin health applications, and biotechnology research assets. Edugo Planet Co., Ltd., a Thai educational technology enterprise funded by the National Innovation Agency (NIA) and the National Research and Innovation Information System (NRIIS) under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), will deploy its AI-based testing systems and academic networks to support workforce training and credentialing programs.
Neurolink AI Co., Ltd. will provide clinical integration pathways for neuro-diagnostic software—focusing on triage tools for acute ischemic stroke and brain aging screening models—alongside regional commercialization programs for the Eterna dietary supplement line. The participating organizations intend to begin joint clinical and educational pilot projects in Southeast Asia over the next twelve months.
