D’Bridge Inc. will host BLOOM™ Ice Noir on Sunday, October 11, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Columbus’s 14th Street Pedestrian Bridge.
Guests are invited to dress in black and white for a semi-formal evening featuring live entertainment, local vendors, community connection, and collaborative giving in a distinctive downtown setting.
