Houston, TX — Logo Double-R, a creative agency founded in 2014, announced this month the launch of a digital marketing services division. The new division adds search engine optimization, content strategy, and online visibility work to a company that has previously focused on logo design, web design, branding, video animation, and mobile app development.
The company said the decision followed two years of client requests for support beyond initial design projects. Businesses that commissioned logo or website work increasingly asked what came next once a site or brand identity was in place, according to the company, prompting a shift from project-based design work toward longer-term engagement with clients.
The division will be staffed by a mix of existing employees moving into digital marketing roles and new hires brought on specifically for the expansion. Logo Double-R's broader team includes approximately 30 designers, and the company has delivered more than 100 logos since it was founded. The digital marketing team will operate separately from the design team but is expected to collaborate on projects that involve both branding and ongoing marketing support.
The company said the new division's initial service scope will include on-page search engine optimization, local search visibility, and ongoing content updates for existing client websites, distinct from the one-time website builds the company has historically delivered. Clients who previously received a completed website with no further engagement will now have the option to add recurring services on a monthly basis. The company said pricing for these recurring services has not yet been finalized publicly and will be quoted on a per-client basis depending on scope.
The move follows two years in which Logo Double-R said it fielded a growing number of client requests for post-launch support, according to the company, without a formal service line to route that work through internally.
A spokesperson for Logo Double-R attributed the decision to repeated client requests rather than a planned long-term strategy, and said the division was based in Houston because that is where the company's design team, client relationships, and operations already exist. "Clients kept coming back after a logo or website project asking who could help them maintain visibility once the work was live," the spokesperson said. "There was no reason to base this anywhere other than where our team and our existing clients already are."
Asked what the division is expected to accomplish, the spokesperson said the initial measure of success is whether existing clients continue working with the company for marketing rather than moving to a separate provider once a design project ends, rather than a specific target for new client volume.
The company said it does not plan to change its pricing structure for existing design services as a result of the expansion. Digital marketing services will be quoted and billed separately from logo, web design, and animation work. Logo Double-R said it expects to publish further details on staffing and service scope over the coming months as the division takes on its first clients.
