Roswell, Georgia — Gig Wisely has launched Day One Resume, an online, AI-guided resume writing service that organizes a candidate’s experience around their potential contribution to a specific role, starting on Day One. The service combines an existing resume, information about the target role, and additional candidate input to create a revised resume.
The process begins with a review of the candidate’s resume against the target role’s requirements. The review identifies relevant experience and surfaces questions a hiring manager may have about the candidate’s background. Candidates can respond by supplying examples or details not included in their original resume.
Gig Wisely uses that information to generate a revised resume. The document includes a Day One Impact statement describing the candidate’s potential contribution to the role, supported by examples from their experience.
“Many resumes focus on the candidate and what makes them different. Day One Resume starts with a set of questions: What does this role need, and what experience shows the candidate is prepared to contribute?” said Jennifer Dlugozima, co-founder of Gig Wisely.
Co-founders Dlugozima and Alejandro Camilleri built Gig Wisely based on their experience in B2B marketing. Dlugozima said that experience informed their approach: explaining how a candidate’s background relates to an employer’s needs.

Day One Resume presents that connection through a statement of potential contribution and supporting examples from a candidate's experience.

Candidates can review and edit their Day One Resume, choose formatting, and download an editable Word document. The service provides versions for direct sharing with hiring managers and submission through applicant tracking systems.
